HOW BOOKING WORKS
A request holds your time while we check your payment. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
Choose your studio and time
Pick Studio 1 or Studio 2, a date, how many hours you need, and a start time that’s open.
Send your request
Add your details and what you’re planning. Your time is held for 60 minutes while you pay.
Pay and add your reference
Pay the rental fee and include your booking reference in the payment note.
We confirm your booking
Once we’ve matched your payment in our account, we email your confirmation. The time is yours.

Pay the full rental fee within 60 minutes of sending your request. Your booking is confirmed once we verify the payment in our account.

Our payment account details are sent to your email right after you send your booking request.
How to pay
- Send your booking request and note your booking reference, for example EOTO-1001.
- Pay the amount shown in your request: the studio’s weekday or weekend hourly rate multiplied by your hours.
- Write your booking reference in the payment note.
- Enter your payment reference number in the form, or reply to our email with it.
- Wait for our confirmation email. A screenshot alone is not proof of payment; we check every payment in our account.
BOOKING TERMS
- A request is not a confirmed booking. Your time is held for 60 minutes while you pay.
- Unpaid requests are released automatically when the hold ends.
- We confirm bookings only after verifying payment in our account. A screenshot alone is not proof of payment.
- Each studio takes a maximum of 3 confirmed bookings per day.
- Weekend rates apply on Saturdays and Sundays.
- To change your booking, message us or reply to your confirmation email. We will move it if the new time is free.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is my studio booking confirmed?
When you receive our confirmation email. Submitting the booking form only sends a request; we confirm it after verifying your payment in our account.
How long is my requested time held?
Your requested time is held for 60 minutes while you pay. If we can’t verify a payment by then, the time is released for other customers and we’ll let you know by email.
Why are some times yellow?
Another customer has requested that time and we’re waiting for their payment. If it isn’t paid, it becomes open again.
What are the weekday and weekend rates?
Studio 1 (45 sqm) is ₱1,200 per hour on weekdays and ₱1,500 per hour on weekends. Studio 2 (20 sqm) is ₱900 per hour on weekdays and ₱1,200 per hour on weekends. Weekend rates apply on Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Message us on Messenger or reply to your confirmation email, and our team will move your booking if the new time is free.
